CHEM 241 Introduction to Analytical Chemistry
This course introduces the principles and practices of analytical chemistry. It covers both qualitative and
quantitative measurements of simple mixtures containing biologically relevant inorganic and organic
substances. The theory and practice will cover topics on statistical data treatment and analysis, calibration methods, volumetric titrations, selected electroanalytical techniques, chromatographic separations, and sampling/sample preparation methods.
