SPAN 101 Elementary Spanish I
This course introduces students to the Spanish language and develops the ability to begin understanding
and communicating in written and spoken language. Students will be able to introduce themselves and
have a basic conversation, and understand and use functional language for survival in a Spanish-speaking country. The course will also introduce geographical, historical and cultural information about the Spanish-speaking world.
