PEEG 447 Production Engineering

This course utilizes the total system analysis technique for the design and performance analysis of the production system, starting from the reservoir through the wellbore and moving to the production separator. Artificial lift techniques are also taught, including gas lift and electrical submersible pumps (ESP). The course further includes surface production facilities for handling and separating oil, gas, and water phases.
