PHYS 705 Nanophysics and Nanotechnology

The course explores the impact of physics on nanoscale devices and associated technical challenges. The course gives thorough analysis to the physics of nano and two dimensional materials. The course presents theoretical concepts in addition to experimental methods for fabrication and characterization of nanomaterials and nanostructures.
