HUMA 291 Leadership by Design
Students develop skills in leadership communication and how to communicate their ideas and solve
problems with design thinking methodology and innovative techniques. The course focuses on using
innovation and leadership skills to be successful. Students design a personal development plan, allowing
them to demonstrate how leadership communication skills and design thinking can be adapted to many
aspects of their career and life.
