BMED 730 Advanced Deep Learning for the Life Sciences
The course will provide the students with a comprehensive overview, thorough discussions and practical experiences on deep learning applications for genomics, chemistry, biophysics, medical imaging, microscopy, medical informatics, as well as other fields of biomedical engineering.
The students will gain valuable experiences in developing and implementing different architectures of deep neural network for bio and medical images analysis, brain, body, and machine interface, genomic sequencing and gene expression analysis, and public and medical health management system.
