MSDH 653 Medical Signal and Image Analysis Methods
The course aims to provide hands-on experience via a semester-long team-project to develop digital solutions to contemporary problems in clinical imaging and signal analysis. Students will develop a rigorous, holistic understanding of explainable methods used for analyzing contemporary, often multimodal, physiological signals such as ECG/EEG, as well as medical imaging modalities, including MR, CT, OCT, and Ultrasound Imaging. Emphasis will be placed on emerging clinical applications. Experts will be invited to give guest lectures where possible.
