AERO 475 Avionics Systems Design

This course covers the fundamentals of systems and software engineering methods used in the aerospace domain, with particular emphasis on avionics systems and associated digital technologies onboard aircraft and other aerospace vehicles. The course addresses both the theoretical principles of the underlying technologies and the practical methods utilized for Design, Development, Test and Evaluation (DDT&E) for modern avionics and Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems enabling the operation of manned and unmanned aerospace vehicles.
