Undergraduate Catalog

CHEG 412 Process Dynamics & Control

This course develops an understanding of dynamic behavior and control of chemical engineering processes. Students learn to model, analyze, and control dynamic systems using mathematical, computational, and experimental approaches. The course integrates classical control methods with data driven and AI assisted techniques for system identification and performance analysis. Emphasis is placed on model validity, robustness, and informed decision making.
