MATH 101 Fundamentals of Mathematical Reasoning
This course provides a foundation in logical and mathematical reasoning. It develops first-year university students logical thinking and mathematical rigor. This course introduces methods of proofs, with examples that deal with fundamentals and properties of various number systems. The course also introduces set theory, including the concepts of functions and relations, as well as a selection of additional topics from number theory, relations, and functions.
