COSC 723 Cybersecurity in Internet of Things and Applications

The course deals with new developments in the areas of cybersecurity for the Internet of Things (IoT) and its applications. It covers Ubiquitous Sensor Network (USN) security, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) security, Near Field Communication (NFC) security, 802.15 security, Blockchain security and credential cybersecurity management systems for connected devices via mobile communications. 

Prerequisite

A previous course on discrete mathematics, cryptography, and computer networks in undergraduate will be helpful for the students (recommended as a pre-requisite course but is not mandatory.)
