ENGR 781 Advanced Engineering Mathematics

This course provides advanced mathematical tools for modeling and analyzing engineering systems. It develops the ability to represent physical phenomena through differential equations and obtain analytical solutions using eigenfunction expansions and transform techniques. Numerical approaches—including finite difference methods and the method of lines—are introduced with emphasis on stability, accuracy, and physical interpretation.
