EENG 425 Reservoir Engineering

This course explores fundamental concepts in subsurface reservoir engineering. Methods of hydrocarbon reserve estimation and decline curve analysis for future performance predictions are introduced. Key topics include the mechanisms governing fluid flow in porous media, the development of representative reservoir models, fluid displacement, fluid storage, and productivity indices. The course concludes with testing and evaluation techniques used in subsurface engineering.
