EPSS 310 Remote Sensing and Geomatics
This course covers the basic principles and essential skills of remote sensing and geomatics using image visualization, processing, and techniques for geological and environmental mapping. Students learn the physical principles of remote sensing and become familiar with major remote sensing satellites and datasets. Students learn skills including image visualization and remote sensing data processing, interpretation and mapping using machine learning, deep learning and artificial intelligence techniques.
