AERO 336 Aerodynamics II

The course covers the classical theory of inviscid, compressible flows and its applications to aerospace engineering. Analytical and numerical methodologies are presented for solving flows involving shock and expansion waves and flows through supersonic nozzles and diffusers. Fundamentals of hypersonic flows and aerodynamic heating effects are introduced.
