CHEG 724 Food and Bioproduct Technology
The goal of this course is to develop the students’ ability to apply a sustainable environmental solution for the production, utilization, and handling of agriculturally based commodities while adding value to the agri-food industry. This course also can help to train the student to improve the nutritional, quality and safety aspects of the foods that being consumed and to utilize from biological resources in the fullest manner possible.
