PUBH 603 Biostatistics

This course covers essential biostatistical methods commonly employed in public health. Topics covered include descriptive statistics, an overview of statistical software, hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and fundamental concepts of power and sample size determination. Through practical exercises using real-world data and statistical software, students will develop foundational skills in data analysis and result interpretation, preparing them for quantitative research in the field of public health.
