BIOM 755 Drug Development and Therapeutics
The PhD course in developmental therapeutics aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the key principles of various steps of developmental therapeutics in human diseases. These include target identification, drug design and discovery, and preclinical evaluation. This course will also cover the regulatory and ethical considerations related to the drug development and commercialization processes. The course will be delivered through lectures, thematically-based presentations and discussions of latest and highly relevant research studies published in top biomedical journals.
