PHYS 213 University Physics III
Students in this course are introduced to the advances in physics during the 20th century. It clarifies the failures of classical physics in describing high-speed and extremely small systems. The course emphasizes concepts in relativity, quantum mechanics, atomic and solid-state physics, as well as nuclear and particle physics. It highlights the principles, models, and applications that define modern science and technology.
